1. All information provided on this website is intended for informational purposes only. You receive these contents as is, without any representation of the accuracy or suitability for any purpose.
2. In addition, you will not receive any warranty/guarantee/surety of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties and fitness for any particular purpose in regard to products and services rendered.
3. The color-charts provided and updated from time to time and supplied by Snazy Sprays, do not represent 100% accurate color - and may differ slightly depending on (but not limited to) multiple variables such as screen settings, printer settings, paint-age (wet/dry) etc...
4. Color-matched paints are as close as possible to the originally supplied sample color, but we do not guarantee a 100% color-match.
5. Discounts, competitions, special sales, etc are subject to changes/cancellation without prior notice.
6. Snazy Sprays and its representatives are under no obligation to provide support, updates, improvements or other changes.
7. In no event will Snazy Sprays or any of its representatives be held liable for any action taken, or for any negative or costly outcome based on the services rendered on any property.
8. If your property is not ready for the job on the date booked (meaning all non-fixed objects removed from the spray areas of the property, we might require additional charges for a second call-out at another time.
9. You make use of our services at your own risk.
10. Our estimated and final quotes are in no way binding unless fully paid, and prices are subject to change in any time up until full payment has been received.
11. A minimum 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the quote, one week before the job starts, and the final balance is due in the morning upon arrival with the paint and spray-equipment.
12. If upon accepting our quote, and paying the deposit, you decide to cancel, no refund will be available - in the event that services are cancelled in less than 7 days - of the due date of product supply.
13. Some surfaces including galvanize and raw concrete require primer to be applied before the liquid rubber will have its full rubberizing effect, and you will be informed of this during our site visit. Additional charges will apply to purchase and apply the primer with our machine if you do not prepare these surfaces yourself.
14. Depending on the paint-supplier we use for you, they may provide their own guarantees on the products they sell, and Snazy Sprays will in no way be connected to any such guarantees. Our primary supplier and selected supplier for your particular paint job may be requested in person upon making your final quote request. This information will be shared at our sole discretion.
15. The rates we provide include any color, even if you request to mix your own color.
16. Discounted rates in any of our advertisements or communication to you, will only apply to all standard colors on our color chart, with the exception of green and your own custom color-mix. These colors are not eligible for discount.
17. Snazy Sprays and all our representatives, are not liable for any damages or non-compensatory damages, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or loss of any nature, in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services, even if the possibility of such damages has been advised in advance or hereafter.
18. Snazy Sprays does not accept any liability for any guarantee provided on paint integrity from the supplying company, regardless of how the paint has been applied.
19. No spray-painting job will commence unless all proof of payment documents for the full balance on the invoice has been received in good order.
20. We do not buy back any over-purchased paint left over after a job has been done.
21. The flat-surface dimensions of a roof will have additions, as roofs are usually curved or at an angle, and usually the material that the roof consists of is not usually straight in shape.
22. Wall-dimensions are taken with window- and door-holes inclusive (hence the permanently more affordable rate).
23. Snazy Sprays does not guarantee or provide any protection against the damaging effects of weather (including but not limited to rain, extreme heat, harsh winds) that may occur during or after the paint or other products have been applied or cured or aged, and will in no way accept responsibility for any weather changes or damages caused at any time.
24. No refunds will be given under any circumstance, unless at the sole discretion of Snazy Sprays management.
25. At times when special prices or discounts are presented, the company - Snazy Sprays - is under no obligation to commit to or be bound by those changed prices at any time, and may change these rates and specials as we see fit at any given time, until a customer has paid in full for the services that the price or special was given.
26. By making use of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions as set out in the section “Terms and Conditions” above.
